o    We offer worldwide shipping for all our products except batteries, lubricants and any other parts classified under dangerous goods. 
o    Delivery is available to most countries; however, certain locations may have restrictions due to customs regulations.
2.    Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
o    UAE : 1-3 business days
o    GCC Countries : 3-7 business days
o    International : 5-14 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)
o    We provide standard and express shipping options via trusted courier partners.
o    Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays.
3.    Shipping Charges
o    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.
o    Free shipping may be available on select locations.
4.    Order Processing & Tracking
o    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
o    A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.
5.    Customs & Duties
o    International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Return & Refund Policy
We aim to provide high-quality auto spare parts. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below:
1.    Return Eligibility
o    Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
o    The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
o    Electrical or electronic parts are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.
2.    Return Process

o    Provide order details, reason for return, and relevant images (if applicable).
o    Approved returns must be shipped back with a valid tracking number.
3.    Refund Policy
o    Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
o    Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
o    Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.
4.    Exchange Policy
o    Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
